Guest Speaker: Annette Kahrs is the Founder and President of the Tri-County Community Partnership, Inc. (TCCP) is a 501c3 drug free community coalition whose mission is to create long term positive change by increasing awareness in the community of the risks of youth alcohol, tobacco and drug use.

Annette is also the program director for “Hope Not Handcuffs-Hudson Valley”, a pre-arrest diversion program operating in conjunction with police departments for people seeking immediate help with substance abuse. This program mobilizes community volunteers (“Angels”) to assist those in need with navigating the rehabilitation system.
