MHVC a Finalist at SDH Innovation Summit

Damara Gutnick, MD (MHVC)  and Amanda Parsons, MD, MBA (MHS) presented Addressing SDH: A Three Pronged Approach at the SDH Innovation Summit on September 26th. Their proposal, one of 9 finalists out of over 200 submissions, highlighted MHVC’s Innovation Fund work, WMTY implementation, VBP training, our ROI calculator, and standardized SDH screening implemented by MHS. A discussion with the 9 finalists and distinguished panelists on how we can improve population health by addressing SDH followed the presentations.
